And whereas it is considered desirable to pass a bylaw relating to animal control within The Corporation of the City of Waterloo. Now therefore the municipal council of the corporation of the City of Waterloo enacts as follows. A lot may or may not be the land shown as a lot on a Registered Plan of Subdivision;.
A 22, as amended;. A dog shall not be considered to be running at large if it is a guide dog, hearing ear dog or police work dog as defined;. Farm animals such as cattle, horses, mules, goats, swine, sheep, mink, chickens, hens, roosters, fox, nutria and others shall not be kept other than in areas zoned agricultural by the Zoning Bylaw. Nothing in this Bylaw shall prevent the keeping of farm animals in an agricultural zone, as established by the Zoning Bylaw.
